The Office of the Public Guardian in Scotland has a general function to supervise those individuals who have been appointed to manage the financial or property affairs of adults who lack the capacity to do so for themselves. The office is based in Falkirk and covers the whole of Scotland.

By bus
A bus stop is located approximately five minutes walk from the Office of the Public Guardian. First Bus operates a regular service to and from Falkirk bus station at ten-minute intervals. The majority of services 38, 83 and 84 stop at the business park.
By rail
There are two main train stations in Falkirk; Falkirk High Station and Falkirk Grahamston. Both stations provide regular services to and from Edinburgh and Glasgow. The office is located approximately five minutes drive from either station.

Taxis are available from taxi ranks in Falkirk Town Centre.
