Customer feedback is important to us and helps us work towards getting things right. The annual customer satisfaction survey is running from 12 January – 22 February 2026. Progressive Partnership (an independent market research agency) is assisting by conducting this survey.
If you have accessed our services recently, we want to hear your views and would welcome your feedback to ensure our administrative support services meet your needs. The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and feedback from it will be used to improve administrative services.
