Our Corporate Plan explains who we are, what we are here to do, and what we will focus on over the next three years. It sets out our purpose, values and priorities, and shows how we will improve and deliver services for the people who use Scotland’s courts, tribunals and Office of the Public Guardian (OPG). It is an important public document because it provides a clear direction for our work and explains the objectives that will guide our decisions, investment and improvement activity.
The Business Plan sets out yearly priorities of the corporate planning period. It brings together our strategy, operating context and financial environment, and highlights key developments including major digital reform, improvements to court throughput, OPG transformation, tribunals reform and a service wide strategic improvement programme.
