Our Corporate Plan explains who we are, what we are here to do, and what we will focus on over the next three years. It sets out our purpose, values and priorities, and shows how we will improve and deliver services for the people who use Scotland’s courts, tribunals and Office of the Public Guardian (OPG). It is an important public document because it provides a clear direction for our work and explains the objectives that will guide our decisions, investment and improvement activity.

It brings together our strategy, operating context and financial environment, and highlights key developments including major digital reform, improvements to court throughput, OPG transformation, tribunals reform and a service wide strategic improvement programme.

These documents support transparency by showing how we report progress, manage challenges and use public resources effectively.
