Procurement Terms and Conditions

Procurement Terms and Conditions

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service have terms and conditions that suppliers are required to adhere to when they contract with the organisation.

Where there are larger value contracts that deal with particular goods, works, or services, specific bespoke terms and conditions may be issued with tender documents.

However, below are the organisation’s general Conditions of Contracts for Goods; Services; Consultancy; Goods and Services and Sale of Goods.

By accepting a Purchase Order from the SCTS, a supplier is binding themselves to the applicable terms and conditions which apply where no bespoke terms and conditions have been expressed:

Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Goods

Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Services

Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods

Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and Services
