All Scottish Courts and Tribunals will be closed on Monday 6 December for the St Andrew’s Day bank holiday.

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service quarterly statistical bulletin is published today providing quarterly Official Statistics on criminal case activity in Scotland.

The Judicial Appointments Board for Scotland is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals who wish to be considered for appointment to the office of Senator of the College of Justice.

Throughout the pandemic, SCTS has taken a cautious approach and the safety of everyone using our buildings remains our top priority.

The Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Miscellaneous) (No.2) 2021was made by the Court of Session on Wednesday 24 November 2021 and laid before the Scottish Parliament on Friday 26 November 2021. It will come in to force on 01 January 2022.
