Information on how to access judgments published prior to 2017.
This is a new website, launched in July 2024 with an improved search function. You can use this improved search on judgments published from 2017 onwards here.
We are continuing to migrate judgments published prior to 2017 as fast as possible. In the meantime, these can be accessed via the National Records of Scotland (NRS) archive.
Note the NRS archive is a copy of the old SCTS website content. It does not allow for technical functionality such as keyword search. Please use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F to search for specific records.
For completeness we have made all records of judgments available on the NRS archive, including pre and post 2017 judgments.
The archive is split by date range due to the volume of records.
