Case description

On 16 June 2025 Ms Moran pled guilty to behaving in a threatening and abusive manner and assault to the danger of life with intent to rob. Both offences were committed on bail. On 21 July 2025 she was given a Community Payback Order with an 18 month supervision requirement and a Restriction of Liberty Order for 8 months.

The Crown (prosecution) appeals this sentence as unduly lenient.
