Due to operational demands some of the tribunals do operate on privilege holidays.
The nearest bus station is Hamilton Bus Station which is in the centre of town.
The nearest train station is Hamilton West Station and it is approximately a 10 minute walk.

MHTS has an allocation of clearly marked spaces within the car park at Bothwell House and also a number of spaces before the entrance to the car park. These spaces are allocated on a first come basis. They are permit monitored and visitors should park in a MHTS designated space and obtain a day visitor parking pass from reception.
Visitors to MHTS should not park in any space which is not a designated MHTS parking bay as you may incur a parking charge.
If no MHTS visitor spaces are available, visitors should seek parking elsewhere. There are council run car parks nearby.
Glasgow International Airport is the nearest airport to the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland (MHTS).
Please report to MHTS reception on the First Floor of Bothwell House, the building has a wheelchair accessible lift.
