Solicitors invited to view latest enhancement for Civil Online

Following the session that took place in February this year, the SCTS would like to invite Solicitors along to a ‘refresher’ virtual demonstration for this latest enhancement for Civil Online on Monday 22 July at 4pm.

Following the session that took place in February this year, the SCTS would like to invite Solicitors along to a ‘refresher’ virtual demonstration for the latest enhancement for Civil Online on Monday 22 July at 4pm

​Ordinary action case tracking for Sheriff Court and Personal Injury Court cases is coming to Civil Online. This will allow the tracking all documents submitted to the court, all interlocutors and the timetable issued in personal injury actions. It will also how what number of process has been allocated to document and allow  copies for any document from the case tracker to be downloaded.

This is the first of four planned updates this financial year. The other planned releases include case tracking and document submission via Civil Online for Court of Session. The ability for Civil Online users to submit Initial Writs and NIDs. Updates on these features will following in the future.
