SCTS arrangements for St. Andrew's Day public holiday

All Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service buildings will be closed for the Public Holidays on Monday 1 December.

Normal hours resume on Tuesday 2 December.

There are custody court arrangements at the following Sheriffdoms:

Lothian and Borders

  • Edinburgh - Custodies for Edinburgh, Jedburgh, Livingston and Selkirk 

Glasgow and Strathkelvin

  • Glasgow – Custodies for Glasgow only

North Strathclyde

  • Dumbarton - Custodies for Dumbarton, Oban and Campbeltown
  • Kilmarnock - Custodies for Kilmarnock only
  • Paisley - Custodies for Paisley, Greenock and Dunoon/Lochgilphead

Tayside, Central and Fife

  • Dundee- Custodies for Dundee, Perth and Forfar
  • Falkirk - Custodies for Alloa, Falkirk and Stirling
  • Kirkcaldy - Custodies for Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline

Grampian, Highland and Islands

  • Aberdeen - Custodies for Aberdeen, Peterhead, Lerwick and Banff
  • Inverness - Custodies for Inverness, Elgin, Tain, Wick, Kirkwall, Portree, Stornoway, Lochmaddy, and Fort William
