The Commercial Actions Users Group met on 29 April 2025.
The commercial judges provided an overview of their work, and the Chair provided an update on issues faced in online hearings.
The group welcomed two new members, Julie Hamilton and Elisabeth Roxburgh.
There was discussion on a range of matters, including the recovery of documents, the use of caveats, and practice in relation to urgent interdicts.
Following the meeting, Lord Sandison will be taking over from Lord Braid as Chair of the group.
