Our BSL plan
The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service BSL Plan is central to our work in protecting and promoting BSL. We are committed to an action plan that is ambitious, responsive, builds on our progress and which is continually shaped by national initiatives, local needs and the priorities of BSL users.
The BSL actions will be embedded into our Equality Strategy and we will continually seek feedback from our users, through informal and formal mechanisms.

Keep Safe initiative
SCTS has been working in partnership with award winning community charity, I Am Me Scotland.
The Keep Safe initiative is a partnership between I Am Me Scotland and Police Scotland and was originally developed to support disabled to participate in community life, free from fear of harassment and abuse.
However, the initiative has received wide support and has continued to evolve to become a national network with over 900 Keep Safe places throughout Scotland. Keep Safe is available for anyone to use if they feel lost, scared, vulnerable or simply need some breathing space.
If you would like more information about Keep Safe, you can contact I Am Me via email iamme@renfrewshire.gov.uk
