The PCS Union has called on its members to take industrial action on Wednesday 1 February 2023. The action is part of a UK wide PCS trade dispute relating to pay, pensions, jobs and redundancy terms in the UK Civil Service and related public sector areas.
Our Court, Tribunal and OPG buildings will be open on Wednesday 1 February and we aim to maintain essential services and priority business so far as possible during the industrial action. However, with PCS members employed by SCTS taking industrial action, we anticipate this will lead to some disruption of scheduled business, public counter and telephone services.
If you are due to attend a Court, Tribunal or the OPG on 1 February, please continue to attend unless you are contacted directly and advised not to attend.
Should you wish to use the services of the court public counters we advise you to avoid doing so on 1 February if possible, as these services may be disrupted in some locations.
