In accordance with Section 305(4) of the Criminal Procedure
(Scotland) Act 1995, the Lord Justice General and the Lord Justice Clerk have
sanctioned the variation of the Forms 9.3A and 9A.4 (written records). The
variation adds a new question 6A concerning video evidence.
Updated versions
of the forms are available below and these must be used from October 6, 2021:
Sheriff Court (FORM 9.3A): Form of written record of state of preparation
High Court (FORM 9A.4): Form of joint written record of state of preparation
The
previous versions will be removed after October 6, 2021.
