Every year, on the last weekend of September, buildings across Edinburgh open their doors to the public for Doors Open Days. Coordinated by the Cockburn Association as part of European Heritage Days, the event gives people the chance to peek inside some of the city’s rarely accessed buildings, explore their history and take part in activities.
Due to the pandemic, the Supreme Courts have this year again taken the event online, allowing people to explore Parliament House from the comfort of their home. This years schedule includes a range of fun, interactive activities, including an escape room, choose-your-own adventure mysteries, jigsaws, quizzes and talks from academics, SCTS staff and the Lord President, Lord Carloway.
All the activities will be available here this weekend, 25 and 26 September.
