Guidance has been published today in relation to the Association of Commercial Attorneys (members of the ACA have certain rights to conduct litigation and rights of audience in the Sheriff Courts and a right to conduct litigation in the Court of Session) following the coming into force of a new scheme in 2019 which updated and revised their rights.
