Changes to Daily Rolls of Court
With effect from Monday 27 January 2025, the Daily Rolls of Court will be replaced with a web page called Outer House Daily Business.
Weekdays from 4:00, the page will display the following day’s business and will be updated regularly throughout the day to show hearings being allocated and discharged.
The weekly rolls of court will continue to be published every Thursday. These weekly rolls will now only be displayed on the Court of Session page for one week and will be replaced weekly, every Thursday.
Archived copies of the weekly rolls of court, will be retained by the Keeper’s office. Anyone requiring a copy, should email the Keeper’s inbox – keepers@scotcourts.gov.uk

Currently there is no business fixed to call in the vacation court of 23 December.
