The Inner House Users Group met on 26 March 2025 in Parliament House, Edinburgh.
The Group provides a forum for consultation, discussion and feedback between Inner House judges, Inner House clerks, practitioners and other legal professionals involved in the conduct of business in the Inner House of the Court of Session. The Group is chaired by Lord Clark.
At the meeting, the Group discussed livestreaming of cases and feedback provided by members was positive. Members praised the utility of the associated archive. Members were provided with an update about the progress in relation to the drafting of new Inner House Rules. The use of electronic documents in the Court of Session was also discussed.
