Following recent developments in the Criminal Appeal Court, and in accordance with Section 305(4) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, the Lord Justice General and the Lord Justice Clerk have sanctioned the variation of the Forms 9.3A and 9A.4 (written records). The variation adds a set of questions under 5A.
These new forms should be used from today and are available below:.
Sheriff Court (FORM 9.3A): Form of written record of state of preparation
High Court (FORM 9A.4): Form of joint written record of state of preparation
