Please note that Alloa, Ayr, Falkirk, Fort William, Kirkwall, Paisley, Stirling, Stranraer and Wick Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Courts will be closed for local public holidays on Monday 3 August.
Custody arrangements at Ayr, Falkirk and Paisley hub courts:
- Ayr: custodies will be diverted to Dumfries
- Falkirk: there will be a public holiday custody court at Falkirk. Falkirk will process all custodies from Falkirk, Stirling and Alloa Sheriff Courts
- Paisley: arrangements will be in place for custody hearings at Paisley Sheriff Court and the custody court will start at 11am
Due to the ongoing situation with the coronavirus pandemic, access to court buildings is not available for members of the public.
