Enhanced information in relation to the outcome of applications for permission to appeal in the Court of Session is now available on the Scottish Courts and Tribunals website.
This comes as part of a package of enhanced information on appeals launched earlier in the year when new case details were made available, including summaries of forthcoming appeals.
The Lord President, Lord Carloway, said: “This enhanced information will provide greater transparency, enabling interested parties and the public to see, at a glance, the outcome of applications for permission to appeal.”
