The list below shows the fees that are charged for applications and stages of procedure in the Justice of the Peace Court. If you require further information, you should contact your local Justice of the Peace Court.

Fee payable from 1 November 2024:

Copying of -

  1. each document, up to 10 pages - £9
  2. each further page or part thereof - 0.50p
  3. each document in electronic form - £9

Any search of records, or archives -

  • Per 30 minutes or part thereof  - £15
  • In addition, correspondence fee where applicable - £15
