Note

The General Regulatory Chamber is a Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland, which was created by the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014.

The functions of the Scottish Charity Appeals Panel were transferred on 12 January 2018 to the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland and allocated to the General Regulatory Chamber.

The Charity Appeals jurisdiction of the First-tier Tribunal deals with appeals against decisions made by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR), the body which regulates charitable activity in Scotland.
