Notice of an inquiry to be held - FAI Gary Arthur & others (Clutha Fatal Accident Inquiry)
Sheriff Principal Craig Turnbull has made an order setting out the arrangements for the holding of the above fatal accident inquiry.

The inquiry will commence on Monday 8 April 2019 at Hampden Park, Letherby Drive, Glasgow G42.
The first preliminary hearing will be held on 3 October 2018 at 10am at Hampden Park. Further preliminary hearings have been fixed for 4 and 5 December 2018; and for 5 and 6 February 2019.
The inquiry into the deaths of Gary Louis Arthur, Anthony Lyndon Collins, Joseph Robert Cusker, Colin Gibson, Robert James Jenkins, John McGarrigle, Samuel Bell McGhee, Kirsty Mary Nelis, Mark Edward O’Prey and David Iain Traill.
