Arthur McKay awarded Facilities Management Contract

Arthur McKay Ltd have been awarded the Facilities Management Contract for the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) and the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS).

Following a retendering exercise carried out  by SCTS Procurement under EU tendering procedures,  Arthur McKay Ltd, the Midlothian based building support services company, have been awarded a 4 year contract with a 2 year option to extend.   Arthur McKay Ltd are the incumbent FM provider and, over the duration of the current contract, have delivered significant cost and energy savings, together with improvements in service delivery.

The contract includes electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and fabric planned and reactive maintenance, 24/7 helpdesk and emergency service, projects and small works, cleaning, security, landscaping and grounds maintenance and energy management.  The new contract will commence on 1st April 2017 and will deliver further innovation and savings across the Estate.
