Many of the fees payable to the SCTS will change from 1 April 2016 as a result of Fee Orders issued by the Scottish Government.
Fee Orders set out the matters for which fees may be charged by the SCTS and the level of those fees.
Schedule 2 in each of the most up-to-date Orders sets out the amended fees to be charged from 1 April 2016.
Certain circumstances in which a person may be exempt from payment of fees are also set out in the Orders.
