All Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service buildings will be closed for the Early May bank holiday on Monday 6 May.
The following arrangements have been made for all sheriffdoms to hold custody courts on Monday 6 May.
Lothian and Borders
- Custodies for Edinburgh, Jedburgh, Livingston and Selkirk will call in Edinburgh Sheriff Court
Glasgow and Strathkelvin
- Custodies will call in Glasgow Sheriff Court
North Strathclyde
- Custodies for Paisley, Greenock and Dunoon/Lochgilphead will call in Paisley Sheriff Court
- Custodies for Dumbarton, Oban and Campbeltown will call in Dumbarton Sheriff Court
- A custody court will sit in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court
Tayside, Central and Fife
- Custodies for Dundee, Perth and Forfar will call in Dundee Sheriff Court
- Custodies for Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline will call in Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court
- Custodies for Alloa, Falkirk and Stirling will call in Falkirk Sheriff Court
Grampian, Highland and Islands
- Custodies for Aberdeen, Peterhead, Lerwick and Banff will call in Aberdeen Sheriff Court
- Custodies for Inverness, Elgin, Tain, Wick, Kirkwall, Portree, Stornoway, Lochmaddy, and Fort William will call in Inverness Sheriff Court
South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway
- Custodies for Airdrie, Hamilton and Lanark will call in Hamilton Sheriff Court
- Custodies for Dumfries and Stranraer will call in Dumfries Sheriff Court
- A custody court will sit in Ayr Sheriff Court
